Our popular Yoga course is back!

Join Karen Le Mottee from Hera Yoga Jersey for a course that will continue you on your Yoga journey. This course will take you through meditation, breathing techniques, stretching, flexibility and gentle flows. Taught in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, this course provides the perfect chance to being some calm and relaxation to your day.

This course is designed for those 45 and over, but is open to all.

Some specialised equipment will be provided, but participants will need to bring their own Yoga mat. There will also be modifications so that beginners can participate.
