Yoga for Beginners

Join Karen Le Mottee for a beginners course that will start you on your Yoga journey. Specially designed for individuals who have little to no experience in Yoga but have always wanted to learn, this course will take you through meditation, breathing techniques, stretching, flexibility and gentle flows. There will also be modifications that can be included to ensure that everyone can participate. Taught in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, this course provides the perfect chance to bring some calm and relaxation to your day. This course is designed for those 45 years and over, but is open to all. Some specialised equipment will be provided, but participants will need to bring their own Yoga mat and plenty of water to drink. Namaste!
