Studies have shown yoga is beneficial to children of all ages. It boosts self-esteem and confidence, calming the mind through meditation, concentration and pranayama breathing techniques. Join Sharon for this new course for Jersey Arts Centre where young people will get the chance to experience the physical benefits of yoga and will learn to use their muscles in new ways. Balancing poses promote mental and physical poise, and co-ordination is closely linked to overall-dexterity. No previous experience necessary!
